« Great campsite with fantastic staff and lovely facilities. Downside was the pitch we were given. I think number 20 or 21 - at very end of road on corner. Firstly it was basically a mound of mud/clay, very small, very unlevel and looking out on staff mobiles. Terrible pitch!! Also no facilities for emptying toilet or gray water from a caravan. This is totally unacceptable! »

Dear Ann, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback 😊 We are delighted to hear that you appreciated our facilities, as well as the kindness and helpfulness of our team. However, we are sorry that the pitch you were allocated did not meet your expectations. We completely understand your disappointment regarding its size, unevenness and surroundings. We also take note of your comment regarding the lack of facilities for emptying caravan toilets and grey water, which is an important service for guests travelling with this type of vehicle. Your feedback is valuable to us and helps us identify the areas where we still need to improve. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again under better conditions ☀️ Camping Yelloh!
